Ian Bonder is a current PhD student at Concordia University, St. Paul. He is an Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the College of Saint Mary and Director of Sports Performance at Warren Academy in Omaha, NE. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2012 and the College of Saint Mary in 2022 with a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. He is an active National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Member and is currently serving as the NSCA State Director for the state of Nebraska. His current research is in the area of tactical strength and conditioning with law enforcement officers and firefighters, time-efficient and time-saving training methods, and microdosed programming.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
