Isaiah Mews, CSCS, TSAC-F

Isaiah Mews is a recent graduate with a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University. During his studies, he performed duties as a research assistant that included strength and conditioning, wellness/fitness testing, and exercise science research and education, as well as working with police and fire departments at the local and state levels. Mews holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Additionally, he works as a personal trainer, working with general to special populations.
