Taylor Puetz, CSCS

Taylor Puetz is a collegiate strength and conditioning coach currently completing her graduate assistantship at Georgia Southern University. Over the past two years, she has led the development and implementation of training programs for the softball and swim and dive teams. Prior to her time at Georgia Southern University, Puetz gained experience working with Division I athletes at the University of Georgia, Army West Point, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of North Carolina, she graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise and Sport Science and was a four-year member of the softball team. Puetz is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
