Chris Hays is the Assistant Director of Basketball Performance at Towson University, where he works primarily with the womens basketball team and oversees strength and conditioning for the womens tennis and gymnastics programs. He earned his Master of Science degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from George Washington University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Hays has trained athletes across multiple sports at institutions including the University of Louisville, Los Angeles Dodgers Major League Baseball (MLB) team, Coppin State University, Drexel University, and Jacksonville University. His approach integrates scientific principles with individualized programming to optimize athletic performance.
