Sheyla Leon is an incoming fourth-year undergraduate student at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She is a research technician at the Exercise and Sports Nutrition Laboratory at Texas A&M University. Leon is working as a Medical Analyst at Brazos Spine Medical Clinic in College Station. She has utilized her National Healthcareer Association Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-NAH) license by practicing phlebotomy on firefighters as President of the Tactical Athlete Research Unit founded by Dr. Drew Gonzalez. Leon hopes to continue on to medical school with aspirations of becoming a physician in the future.
