Jill Costanza enters her fifth season with the Detroit Lions in 2025 as the team's director of sports science and assistant strength and conditioning coach. Before coming to Detroit, she served as a Human Performance Program Manager with the Air Force Special Warfare Program (AFSW) and Health Educator at The Army Wellness Center. Costanza was also a volunteer sport performance coach at the University of Houston and Athletic Performance Intern at the University of Texas. She received her master's degree in Strength & Conditioning from University of Miami (Fla.) and a bachelor's in sport administration from University of Houston.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
