Policy & Procedures -
Cancellation Policy
- NSCA Exam Prep Clinics may be cancelled if the minimum registration is not met 3 weeks prior to the clinic date. If a cancellation occurs, registered participants will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made prior to 21 days in advance of the first date of the clinic will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $20.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days but prior to 7 days in advance of the first date of the clinic, will receive a 50% refund.
- Registrants can opt for a one-time transfer of the registration fees to another clinic. This option must be made prior to the clinic and within one year's time of the initial clinic registration.
- No refunds will be made within 7 days of the first date of the clinic.
Please Note: All NSCA Conferences and Events are subject to change location and date; as well as possible cancellation without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Will I receive the PowerPoint presentations?
A workbook containing the PowerPoint presentations will be provided upon arrival at in-person events or through e-mail as a pdf prior to online events.Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
A certificate will be emailed upon request after the event.Can anyone register for this event?
Yes. Anyone who is interested in an NSCA Event can register.Do I need a Membership to register?
No. You only need an NSCA Customer Account to register. If you do not have one, you can create one for free.How do I report CEUs if I hold another NSCA certification?
You will need to self report attendance at the Exam Prep Clinic.
