In the last few years, the term "prehabilitation" has become a buzzword across the strength and conditioning landscape. Prehabilitation has been implemented to stave off injuries and remedy deficits among individuals in order to prevent potential future injuries from occurring. With the rise of prehabilitation as a form of exercise prescription also comes misconception of what it truly is, where it originates from, and most importantly, what it can do for the tactical athlete
