    Doug Sheppard, NSCA-CPT, RKC

    Doug Sheppard is the owner of J & D Fitness Personal Training Studio in Las Vegas, NV. He was a finalist in 2016 for the NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Sheppard is a certified kettlebell instructor with the Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC) and a Level 1 Coach with Precision Nutrition. He mentors students of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Kinesiology and Nutritional Sciences Program along with rookie trainers looking to enter the fitness industry. Sheppard has over 25 years of experience in the personal training industry.
