    Session Descriptions
    The purpose of presentation is to provide a comprehensive approach to integrating linear and multi-directional directional speed performance qualities into an annual training plan.
    Observation, analysis, and execution of the training system Coach James implemented in his first year at Madison Academy. Coach James will also discuss the Seven Laws of Highly Effective Training System, and how those laws built the framework for the Madison Academy Human Performance System.
    The presentation will delve into the expert advantage movement and skill ‘adaptability’ affords those athletes that can master the constraints challenge imposed on them. The practical session will provide exemplars and progressions for activities that adhere to the concept of movement variability from the skill learning literature.
    Empower the coach and provide those with minimal equipment and / or limited exposure to Olympic lifting to ensure proper execution of both the clean and snatch. In addition, exercise regressions and progressions will be provided to be able to individually modify a program as needed even in a team environment.
    This presentation will help the audience better understand how to manage the data heavy landscape, provide practical examples of how to use data in their current environment, and translate numbers into something more valuable.
    This presentation aims to provide in-depth commentary of the unique physiological characteristics of the female athlete through a comprehensive review of the common injuries in the population and how to optimize the performance process.
    Understand the characteristics and needs of high performance tennis athletes. Learn and experience exercises for rotational power and tennis movements.
