Utilizing a hands-on approach this presentation will focus on shoulder and hip performance by incorporating a mobility, stability, and strength model. With the integration of corrective exercises it will demonstrate how, why, and when to implement this model.

If athletes can follow the four nutrition baseline principles, performance outcomes can be enhanced to reach fullest potential. Discussion will cover topics such as nutrient timing and frequency, hydration and recovery practices, and popular diets and supplement use.
