Programming for the extensive signs and symptoms of diseases and the various conditioning levels of special population clients can be challenging, especially for a novice trainer.  This lecture helps trainers simplify the complexities of their client's disease by streamlining the overall programming process from initial health appraisal to administration of exercise and beyond.

Hand Speed and Conditioning Skills Training (hands-on)
by Bruce Lombard, MEd

Learn the basics of a hand skills program that focuses on the upper body extremities reaction development. The MMAFx program shows a unique training method that will increase an athlete's hand speed, timing, precision, coordination, non-dominant hand development, peripheral vision, focus, information processing, and conditioning.
