Percussive Therapy for Athletes
by Paul Cauldwell, CSCS

In this lecture, the audience will learn the essential skills to effectively use percussive therapy for athletes use and have the knowledge to help their athletes use it to activate their bodies and recover. This presentation will examine the evolving area of percussive therapy science and offer insight as to how these various strategies apply in the sports performance industry. We'll also explain how strength coaches can easily integrate the use of percussive therapy into their dynamic warm-ups, movement screening, training sessions, as well as recovery sessions.
