Participants will learn how open science principles (e.g., transparency, reproducibility) support stronger, evidence-based programming for athletes and clients. Providing athletes and clients with truly data-driven programming is a cornerstone of exercise science, and this session will highlight practical strategies for evaluating research quality, translating findings into actionable training and health decisions, and avoiding common pitfalls in “research-to-practice" application. |

The NSCA will automatically apply the CEUs to your NSCA Account. If you need to report CEUs elsewhere, you may use the Certificate of Attendance.
