11:00 AM - 11:50 AM Coaching Team Culture in the Weightroom by Jim Kramer, MS, CSCS Attendees will learn ideas and strategies to develop team culture through the strength and conditioning program. The weightroom room is a great environment to reinforce and teach team culture. The really good programs build a culture that drives the behaviors they need to succeed. A big part of developing those behaviors was the attention to detail that was paid to exercise technique; doing movements correctly for performance and safety was the standard. Therefore attendees will also learn details of coaching and teaching exercise technique for a greater purpose. |

Will I receive the speaker PowerPoint presentations?
If they are available, you will receive them via email within 2 weeks after the event.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes. A certificate will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks after the event.
How do I report my CEUs?
The NSCA will automatically apply the CEUs to your NSCA Account. If you need to report CEUs elsewhere, you may use the Certificate of Attendance.
Can anyone register for this event?
