To be eligible for NSCA’s CPI Membership, you must:

• Hold an active NSCA certification (CSCS®, CPSS®, NSCA-CPT®, CSPS®, or TSAC-F®)
• Reside in the United States, Canada, or a U.S. Territory
• Pass a background check and complete anti-abuse training

Automatic disqualifiers include any felony or sex offenses, and misdemeanor violence offenses within the past seven (7) years.

This insurance will not cover the insured in a facility building that they personally rent, own, or lease, except in the case of remote training where the insured does not meet with or train the client on the rented, owned, or leased premises. The insured must evaluate and assess all clients face-to-face before offering remote training. It is recommended that this face-to-face assessment be done in person, but may be done virtually (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc.). Assessments may not take place at a facility or location that is rented, owned, or leased by the insured. NSCA CPI Membership does cover online training with clients in the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories, but not internationally. Coverage is void when the insured is covered by another insurance plan, including Studio liability insurance.
