The Foundations of Coaching Lifts course is designed to help those coaches/ teachers who work with athletes on a daily basis. It will show the coach all the aspects of strength training from proper technique, flaws to look for, and how to make corrections. After 10 years in the field, I still found information and cues I could implement right away – that’s a testament to both great content and quality instruction. I wish I would have had this opportunity when I was a younger coach.
