Through personal experiences, lessons learned, successes, and failures, this presentation will examine the evolving role of the strength coach, the impact of technology and data, the importance of building meaningful relationships, and the foundational coaching principles that remain as relevant today as they were 30 years ago. Attendees will leave with a greater appreciation for the profession’s past, a clearer perspective on its future, and practical insights they can apply regardless of their current coaching environment. |

Through a brief lecture and practical weight room activities, attendees will explore the relationships between balance, bar path, timing, and force production, along with common technical errors and effective coaching corrections. Participants will leave with practical drills, coaching cues, and a deeper understanding of how to teach and implement Olympic weightlifting movements more effectively within strength and conditioning programs. |

If they are available, you will receive them via email within 2 weeks after the event.

The NSCA will automatically apply the CEUs to your NSCA Account. If you need to report CEUs elsewhere, you may use the Certificate of Attendance.
