This session will cover the differences for strength training and conditioning training for lifters of varying dimensions. Additionally covered in this session will be a detail description of what an “ideal for lifting” body type presents, as compared to one that may pose more problems, including how this effects certain lifts. Moreover, discussed will be what matters more for results, such as moving loads, loading movements, superior alternatives to traditional strength training by the numbers, and why this can work effectively.
