Attendees will learn realistic goal setting in each stage of change to ensure program design is truly individualized and progressed for the client. This session will review the importance of effective communication and relativeness with clientele and discuss the cultivation of intrinsic motivation from beginners to advanced athletes to develop self-efficacy at all levels of performance.
