  1. Understand the pathophysiology contributing to mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and its impact on physical and psychological performance.
  2. Recognize the signs and symptoms of protracted recovery from a concussion as well as how to utilize assessment tools for screening on and off the field.
  3. Learn how to apply special considerations to training progressions and dosing, taking into account the multifaceted effects of mTBI in order to return individuals to a high level and tactical performance.
