      Very interesting presentation by both sides. It depends on what you are doing and what you are trying to accomplish, I agree that everyone is different and there is no "one size fits all" approach to this. I would be interested in seeing ifmore» there was a correlation to the high ketogenic diets and kidney/liver damage.«less
